We believe your workspace should feel like you.

Not just functional. Not just organized. Not just aesthetically pleasing.

It should be a place filled with little things that make you smile when you sit down.

That's why we created DeskScaping.

It started with a move to Japan

Moving to Japan changed the way I looked at everyday spaces.

One of the things that immediately fascinated me was how easy it was to find beautiful, thoughtfully designed items for almost every interest, character, hobby, and aesthetic.

You could find something that reflected what you loved—and bring a little more of yourself into your everyday surroundings.

And I started wondering:

Why shouldn't our desks be the same?

When your workspace feels like you

I started paying more attention to my own desk.

At the time, I was working from home on freelance projects while also learning a new language. Staying focused and productive wasn't always easy.

But I noticed something surprisingly simple:

I enjoyed working more when I actually liked the space around me.

A cute little object.
A beautiful pen holder.
A color combination that felt right.
Something sitting on my desk simply because it made me happy.

These things weren't necessary for the work itself.

But they changed how the space felt.

And sometimes, that's exactly what we need.

A workspace doesn't have to look like an office.

It can look like you.

A community built around desks

While searching for inspiration and ideas for my own workspace, I discovered an entire community of people who felt the same way.

People sharing their desk setups.

People carefully choosing colors, lighting, accessories and decorations.

People creating spaces inspired by their favorite characters, hobbies, games, movies, aesthetics, or simply the way they wanted to feel.

I loved it.

But I kept noticing something missing.

There were endless places to buy individual products, but very few places where you could discover an entire aesthetic in one place.

You would find one perfect item on one website, another somewhere else, and spend hours searching for something that matched.

And sometimes, the thing you imagined simply wasn't available where you lived.

More than a store

That's where DeskScaping was born.

We didn't want to create another store where you simply scroll through thousands of unrelated products.

We wanted to create a place where you can see yourself in the space.

A place where you can discover a desk aesthetic and immediately imagine:

“This could be my desk.”

Where the products don't just look good individually, but make sense together.

Where you can discover the little details that transform a workspace from something you use into somewhere you actually want to be.

Find your aesthetic

Maybe your perfect desk is soft and pastel.

Maybe it's dark and minimal.

Maybe it's covered in things from your favorite fandom.

Maybe you love natural textures, warm lighting and earthy colors.

Maybe you don't even know what your aesthetic is yet.

That's okay.

DeskScaping is here to help you discover it.

We curate products around different styles, moods and interests so you don't have to search endlessly across the internet to find pieces that belong together.

Because your desk doesn't need to look like everyone else's.

It should look like yours.

A little piece of you, wherever you are

One of the things that inspired DeskScaping was seeing how many wonderful products can be found in Japan, but also realizing that people around the world don't always have access to them.

We want to change that.

Whether you're creating your first dream workspace or adding one more little detail to a setup you've been building for years, DeskScaping brings inspiration and carefully chosen pieces together in one place.

And wherever you are in the world, we want you to be able to create a space that feels like home.

This is DeskScaping

We're building DeskScaping for the people who believe that the little things matter.

For the person who chooses a pen because the color makes them happy.

For the person who spends an unreasonable amount of time deciding which keyboard belongs on their desk.

For the person who wants their favorite characters, hobbies, colors and interests to have a place in their everyday life.

For the person who wants to open their laptop in the morning and actually like what they see.

Because productivity isn't only about discipline.

Sometimes, it's about creating an environment that makes you want to show up.
